Opus Dei priest agrees all in 2013 need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation and there are no known exceptions

Opus Dei priest agrees all in 2013 need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation and there are no known exceptions.
Pontificia Università della Santa Croce - Rome, Italy
An Opus Dei priest, at their university in Rome, today evening agreed that every one in 2013 needs to enter the Church for salvation (to avoid Hell and go to Heaven) and there are no known exceptions.
Father Pedro Luis de Huidobro, the chaplain of the University of the Sacred Cross(Santa Croce), Rome agreed there could be persons who have not had the Gospel preached to them and who are in invincible ignorance. These persons can be saved and we do not know any such case in 2013.
I was speaking briefly with him at the university chapel and said I had two questions for him and his answer would be posted on my blog Eucharist and Mission. I had put these two questions to Sister Patrizia FMM at the Church of San Salvatore in Lauro nearby, who had recommended that I ask at the university.
There is the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ,I mentioned to Fr.Pedro Luis de Huidobro(1) which says all need to convert into the Church for salvation. So there are no known exceptions to the dogma in 2013?
Vatican Council II (AG 7) agrees with the dogma, I said, when it states all need 'faith and baptism ' for salvation. So all need Catholic faith and the baptism of water in 2013 for salvation and there are no known exceptions.
Also the Catechism of the Catholic Church(846) on outside the Church there is no salvation states all need to enter the church' as through a door'.It cites Ad Gentes 7.
He agreed with me.
He said all need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation in the present times (2013) and there are no known exceptions.Invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and neither to Ad Gentes 7.
This is the literal and traditional interpretation of the thrice defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus which Pope Pius XII called an 'infallible statement'. It is not contradicted by any magisterial document including the much reported Letter of the Holy Office 1949 of Pope Pius XII.
If Pope Pius XII assumed that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance were known exceptions to the dogma on salvation, he would have made a factual mistake. He would also be contradicting the text of the 'infallible statement', the Syllabus of Errors, Mystici Corporis, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church besides other Church-documents.
The Letter of the Holy Office faults Fr.Leonard Feeney for discipline, He was excommunicated for disobedience and not heresy. The Church lifted the excommunication without him having to recant his literal and traditional interpretation on exclusive salvation.

Lumen Gentium 14 and Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II affirm the literal interpretation of the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church

Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church.
This passage interpreted with Feeneyism is in agreement with Tradition and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This passage interpreted with Cushingism is a break with Tradition and causes ambiguity.
So it is the interpretation, one of the two, which determines if the Council is ambigous or not on the issue of other religions and Christian communities.
VATICAN COUNCIL II
14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.

They are fully incorporated in the society of the Church who, possessing the Spirit of Christ accept her entire system and all the means of salvation given to her, and are united with her as part of her visible bodily structure and through her with Christ, who rules her through the Supreme Pontiff and the bishops. The bonds which bind men to the Church in a visible way are profession of faith, the sacraments, and ecclesiastical government and communion. He is not saved, however, who, though part of the body of the Church, does not persevere in charity. He remains indeed in the bosom of the Church, but, as it were, only in a "bodily" manner and not "in his heart."(12*) All the Church's children should remember that their exalted status is to be attributed not to their own merits but to the special grace of Christ. If they fail moreover to respond to that grace in thought, word and deed, not only shall they not be saved but they will be the more severely judged.(13*)
Catechumens who, moved by the Holy Spirit, seek with explicit intention to be incorporated into the Church are by that very intention joined with her. With love and solicitude Mother Church already embraces them as her own.-
Lumen Gentium 14,Vatican Council II
____________________________________________________

Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door. Therefore those men cannot be saved, who though aware that God, through Jesus Christ founded the Church as something necessary, still do not wish to enter into it, or to persevere in it."Therefore though God in ways known to Himself can lead those inculpably ignorant of the Gospel to find that faith without which it is impossible to please Him (Heb. 11:6), yet a necessity lies upon the Church (1 Cor. 9:16), and at the same time a sacred duty, to preach the Gospel...-Ad Gentes 7,Vatican Council II

FEENEYISM: The orange text does not contradict the text in yellow since the cases referred to are defacto not known to us, personally .We do not know and cannot know these cases. So they are not exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

CUSHINGISM: The orange text contradicts the text in yellow .It is assumed that these cases are known to us in the present times. We can see the dead who are known exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.

I usually refer to Ad Gentes 7 and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and mention there are no known exceptions nor any exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II.

If someone assumes Lumen Gentium 16 (invincible ignorance) is an exception to Ad Gentes 7 and the dogma on salvation then it is being wrongly assumed that we know these cases personally or that the text in Vatican Council claims that they are exceptions.

Wikipedia on the internet, Catholic encylopedias and numerous books and articles assume LG 16 ( invincible ignorance) is a known exception to the literal and traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The error of Cardinal Richard Cushing is also being made by most Catholic traditionalists.
