There needs to a be a formal correction of the two popes and 'the three dubia cardinals' on the issue of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Vatican Council II.
August 16, 2017 (LifeSiteNews) -- Since Pope Francis has chosen not to respond to the five questions on whether his Exhortation Amoris Laetitia conforms to Catholic teaching, a “correction” of the ways his teaching departs from the Catholic faith is “necessary,” said Cardinal Raymond Burke in a new interview.
The Cardinal, who is one of the four who signed the dubia almost one year ago asking the Pope to clarify his teaching, explained in an interview with The Wandererhow the process for issuing a “formal correction” would proceed.
“It seems to me that the essence of the correction is quite simple,” Burke explained.
“On the one hand, one sets forth the clear teaching of the Church; on the other hand, what is actually being taught by the Roman Pontiff is stated. If there is a contradiction, the Roman Pontiff is called to conform his own teaching in obedience to Christ and the Magisterium of the Church,” he said.

All of them assume invisible for us baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) refer to visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.
How can people in Heaven be visible exceptions on earth to the teaching on all needing to be members of the Church for salvation? How can any one on earth know someone who will be saved outside the Church with BOD, BOB or I.I.How could someone in the past known of an invisible case of BOD, BOB or I.I? Yet this is the philosophical error being made by the two popes and the three cardinals who have sought a clarification from Pope Francis on Amoris Laetitia.
Without this irrationality of invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I being explicit exceptions to the dogma EENS, Lumen Gentium 8,14 and 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, AG 11, AG 7, etc being considered invisible in 2017 are not explicit exceptions to the dogma EENS.So Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the dogma EENS as it was an interpreted by the missionaries in the 16th century.
Pope Benedict XVI made a mistake last year in the interview in Avvenire. He said EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 6th century since there was a development of the dogma. There has been no formal correction of Pope Benedict by any cardinal.
There needs to be a formal correction of the two popes interpretation of Vatican Council II since for them LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, GS 22, AG 11, AG 7, NA 2 etc refer to explicit cases saved outside the Church.For me they are references to invisible people in 2017 or in the past.-Lionel Andrades
