This is what Cardinal Ladaria had been hiding all these years. Now it has been found out. Catholics know about it and more will know about it over time.

If we avoid the mistake Cardinal Ladaria made at the Press Conference then the traditionalists no more have a problem with Vatican Council II.

They can affirm Vatican Council II and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. This is what Cardinal Ladaria had been hiding all these years.

Now it has been found out. Catholics know about it and more will know about it over time.

We can again have Catholic Mission with sound doctrine as it was known over the centuries.This would be the end, theologically, of the New Ecumenism, New Ecclesiology, New Theology and New Evangelisation.

All this 'new stuff', innovation in the Church  depended upon Catholics accepting Lumen Gentium 8 as an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. LG 8 had to be seen as referring to salvation outside the Church. Now we know this is false.

It was false when Cardinal Ladaria at the Press Conference, (see video above) suggested that there were known cases of people saved with 'elements of sanctification and truth'(LG 8) and known people saved outside the Church where the true Catholic Church subsists(LG 8),as if he could know. Since there were known cases of people saved outside the Church for him he told the lady journalist that the Church no more considers itself superior and exclusive on salvation.

But his inference was based on non existing cases.There are no physically seen and personally known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church.

Zero cases of something are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus said John Martignoni, the U.S Catholic apologist. Fr. Stefano Visintin osb, the present Rector of the Pontifical University of St. Anselm Rome, agrees with Martignoni. They are observing what is obvious for people in general.

We cannot see people who are saved and now in Heaven.So we cannot see cases of the baptism of desire etc.Then we cannot see or meet them they cannot be practical exceptions to EENS. They never were.

 So there cannot be a new ecumenism any more.

 We cannot have joint evangelisation programs with the Protestants, as is being done in Rome. Since there is no known Anonymous Christian for us.

 Even if theoretically someone was saved in a Protestant religion, he would not be known to anyone on earth. So this would not be an exception to the old ecclesiology based on extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

The New Theology said that there was salvation outside the Church since invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved were visible, seen in the flesh cases, of non Catholics saved outside the Church.This is the irrationality and deception Pope Benedict and Cardinal Ladaria were promoting in the Church.

There is no denial or confirmation coming from the Vatican. 
I have also been asking Catholic journalists if Lumen Gentium 8 refers to a hypothetical or real, known person in 2018 saved outside the Church for them. I want them to ask Cardinal Ladaria or the cardinals and bishops at Ecclesia Dei this question.-Lionel Andrades

Cardinal Luiz Ladaria s.j  made a mistake on March 1,2018  at the Press Conference on Placuit  Deo and there is no denial from the Vatican.No one from the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith defends him. Since his error is objective and obvious. It was known a long time ago but he persists since there is no opposition.

Lumen Gentium 8 is not an exception to the old teaching on the Catholic Church having the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation.
I repeat, Lumen Gentium  8 refers to hypothetical cases and so are not exceptions to all needing to be incorporated in the Catholic Church in 2018 as members for salvation.
Lumen Gentium 8 refers to theoretical cases, speculative possibilities which  can be only be known to God. So Lumen Gentium 8 never ever was relevant to 'the strict interpretation' of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
Cardinal Ladaria should not have mentioned Lumen Gentium 8 when the lady journalist from the Associated Press asked him about the past exclusivist understanding of salvation and the Church having  the fullness of truth.
The Prefect of the CDF made a mistake and the Vatican's public relations director ended the Press Conference quickly.
Objectively there can be no exceptions to EENS.Since practical exceptions to EENS if they existed could only be known  to God.LG 8,LG 16,LG 14,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not exceptions or relevant  to EENS for me.
Now all Catholics, especially the religious communities and lay movements, can proclaim the Gospel and have Mission programs knowing that all Protestants, Pentecostals and Orthodox Christians need to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell( for salvation).It is the same for all Jews and Muslims and other non Christians.
The majority of people on earth are on the way to Hell since they without faith and baptism(Ad Gentes 7,Vatican Council II).Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation.All.
Vatican Council II does not mention any exceptions.LG 8, LG 16 ,LG 14 etc are not exceptions.This was the mistake of Cardinal Ladaria on March 1, 2018 and also in two  theological papers of the International Theological Commission ( Christianity and the World Religions (1997), The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without being baptised, 2007).
 So according to Vatican Council II (interpreted rationally) we are back to the old ecclesiology of the Church.The teachings of the Church before and after Vatican Council II are now the same.

Cardinal Ladaria and Pope Francis must be asked to confirm the obvious:-
1.Invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are not visible exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2018?
2.Invisible for us cases of LG 8, LG 16, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are not visible exceptions to EENS in 2018 ?
3.There are no practical exceptions to EENS.We cannot meet or see someone in the present times (2018) who is saved outside the Catholic Church?

4.Since Lumen Gentium 8 is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus for Cardinal Ladaria he implies that LG 9 refers to known people saved outside the Church? Invisible people are visible for him?
5.Cardinal Ladaria made a doctrinal error on March 1,2018  at the Press Conference on Placuit Deo when in response to a question from a journalist he suggested Lumen Gentium 8  was an exception to the old exclusvist ecclesiology ?.
